When you use the investor qualifier or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, investment preferences, and any notes you include. This information is sent to us via WhatsApp and used solely to respond to your inquiry and connect you with appropriate operators.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are visited, how long people spend, and which links are clicked. GA4 collects anonymized usage data and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting services.

Referral relationships

When we connect you with a local operator (real estate agent, attorney, property manager), we may earn a referral commission from that operator. This relationship is disclosed on our About page and does not involve sharing your data with third parties beyond the operator you are introduced to.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only sharing that occurs is the introduction itself — when we forward your inquiry details to the operator you're being connected with, at your request.

WhatsApp messages are retained in our conversation history for the duration of the business relationship. We do not maintain a separate database of inquiries.
